Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Worthington, Ohio, we have grown from a small team of land professionals into a full-service national development operation - managing every phase from site identification through final lot delivery. Our focus is simple: find the right land, navigate the approval process with expertise, and deliver finished communities that builders and homebuyers can be proud of.

KinStride was established with a focus on residential land development in Franklin County and the greater Columbus metropolitan area.
2022
Growing demand from regional homebuilders led us to expand our acquisition focus across the greater Central Ohio growth corridor.
2023
Successfully rezoned and entitled our first large-scale residential community, establishing KinStride's reputation for navigating complex approval processes.

KinStride now manages one of the nation's most active mid-market land development pipelines β 11+ projects across multiple states β with aggressive expansion into high-growth Sun Belt and Midwest markets.
