Our Entitlement Services
We prepare and present rezoning applications, including all supporting traffic, environmental, and land use studies required by each municipality.
From preliminary plat submission to recorded final plat, we manage every step of the platting process and coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and planners.
We facilitate neighbourhood meetings, attend public hearings, and work proactively to address concerns — building goodwill and reducing approval risk.
